Power Tower supports
Really loving the new update so far!

I'm having a bit of an issue with the new power towers, though. Kind of an aesthetic thing. I love how you can easily place down power over long distances by placing a tower, then ziplining to it before placing the next one, and so on.

The problem I'm seeing is that the towers don't have 4 points of contact due to uneven ground. So, how to fix that? I've tried a few different objects to use as supports, such as frame pillars, concrete pillars, pillar supports, and foundations. I haven't found anything that snaps to the bottom of the power tower though, so it's a bit of a "play around and soft clip to try to get something that looks like it's supporting the tower foot", and honestly, nothing I've come up with so far really looks very good.

Has anyone figured out anything in this regard?

I haven't tried the towers yer, but what I would try is laying a concrete floor first and then placing the tower on top of that
if the power tower fits in the blueprinter you can make the concrete foot a standard

Already made a post about it. Upvote it and it might be done!

I am seeing this as well. Early game machines have feet that extend to uneven ground, but this late game object breaks from this feature and floats
I have a tower top blueprint that I just snap onto the top of a stack of 4m foundations as supports for them: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3326001690
I made a couple of blueprints with foundations and power towers and place those as needed. I even swap foundations as necessary for thicker ones if the ground is very uneven.
