To Do List disappeared

I accidentally minimized all the sections in the To Do List and now it won't appear no matter what I do, e.g. add or remove sth in the build menu, remove everything etc.

How do I bring the list back?

Press Tab, move mouse to the right side of the screen until a semi-transparent black bar appears, left click.

To keep it on the screen left click Recipes, below public and private notes after following the answer to the original topic.

I had similar confusion. you have to click "recipes" to expand it, then the list wont disappear
