Satisfactory plus mod - farming question

Sorry, but I found no more appropriate place to ask...
I'm playing with the satisfactory plus mod and am trying to try out farming, but the "Crops" tab of the crop plot interface never shows any crops to select. I've tried with seeds in my inventory and in the inventory of the farming platform.
I'm on update 7, mod ist up to date, no other mods except one for Signs.
What am I doing wrong?
