I installed the run of the mill server and never fiddled with the configs. Sorry.
I've run servers before (ARK, DayZ, Satisfactory) - Generally you enter your Admin Tools via the web interface, access a File Manager and navigate to the config files, and either manually edit the config file online, or download it, edit it, and reupload it. If you're looking for a GUI, they're generally third party, and I haven't seen one for Satisfactory yet

As yet, Satisfactory doesn't have a lot of options you can edit manually - Most of the options are available via the in-game interface. But that above link and what I mentioned should help you navigate to the actual files. Can't really help much more without knowing what you are trying to do
