How to change train station names ?

press E when pointing at the station and it opens up the settings like you get for any machine you have. at the top you can change the station name just be sure to hit enter or it might not stick

There is also a mod which allows you to type /train into the chat and you get a station management window where you can rename any station. Very handy.
