How do I change the settings for a ceiling light?
For street lights, I am able to use the [E] key to update the color and intensity of the lights, but I can't seem to do this for ceiling lights. After placing them, I don't have any configuration options, nor prompt to open a config menu, like I do with street lights.

The description says these things can be modified, and so does the wiki. I see there is a lighting control panel, but all the documentation leads me to believe I can do this individually without the extra logic.

Am I missing something silly? I've googled and searched in the Steam boards and haven't found anything matching my problem.

Thanks!

Yes, there is a control panel, this one: https://satisfactory.fandom.com/wiki/Lights
It has 2 connectors, one for the lamps and the other one for electricity. Btw: how do you want to change the settings for a ceiling light differently? Jump or fly to the ceiling, taking a ladder?

So, there's no way to change it _without_ a control panel, despite what the in-game text and wiki say? That's what I am trying to confirm.

I have a low ceiling in the room I'm working on, a ramp is sufficient to reach it; I figured I'd change the color, then delete the ramp, easy peasy.

Ok, easy. But how do you control the light in your house or apartment? Take a ladder and climb up 2,5 m or use the switch at the wall?

I guess you aren't Dutch then :P We don't need ladders to reach that high :P

Ceiling Lights are on all of the time and have no bulb color choices - unlike the towers and street light
dumb

Wall mounted flood lights are on all of the time and and have no bulb color options also dumb

Why have so much detail for operations for two types of lights then nothing at all for the rest of the lights?

Ok wait I know, their brains are fried from all that real world radiation. Forgot about that.

Also why are all the indoor light so BIG.
