Found quarts but its underground? And cant find way to it.

Ok i found some quartz nodes.. 4 actually. Not too far from huge lake im building on. But the issue is i cant not get to it. As in i can not physically walk to the node. Its 85 meters underground! I walked for miles all around the area looking for a cave or some thing but found nothing. Its same thing at all 4 nodes i found on scanner.

Am I missing some drill to open a cave or some thing? I need quartz and have many nodes... but cant get a single quartz piece :-(

Is is near a big canyon? If so go to the base of the canyon and there should be all the nodes. There is also an entrance from the top but its a little hidden and follows a stream of water. That one took me a while aswell (if i remember correctly).

If not you can have a quick look at (satisfactory-calculator.com) and look for the location on the interactive map.

You might need explosives to crack some rocks, There also might be a "secret" underwater entrance, I do not remember where it is tho.

-1955 -1416 is around area im trying to get to. Its a pure node. I been all around the top, middle and down into the vally searching. Their is lot of poison around her so some areas bit tought to explore very well as have to run and eat nuts lol

Top left where it shows normal node. Though for me i see it as pure.

EDIT- I might of boosted node quality... Map map LONG ago lol
EDIT - 2 looking at map that north west one at top. The normal one matches visual map i see ingame. Though the coordinates are lot different?
EDIT-3 Also I am only on tier 4 of the hub. Havent been able make the parts to unlock higher yet.

Never used those nodes so not sure if they are in a sneaky cave or something.

Looking at map that was linked i found it.. kinda. The entrance looks like its off the beach near my base. Or so i think as thats around area that map shows a tunnel being at. And found some weird looking pile of stones against cliff face. Look... cracked? Not sure how to explain lol. So looks like need C4....

Yeah they kinda look like round grey cracked tennis balls or something.
They are the typical "Blow me up" rocks.

And as others have said, large light grey cracked boulders are explodable with nobelisk

Ya I found the opening. But dont have Nobelisk yet so still stuck lol And I used the map earlier when they linked it to see caves. Had a feeling i was in wrong spot and turned out feeling was right lol Had to go west around 200-400 some odd meters beyond what i expected to find it at water level of lake/Ocean. Now just need work way to finding Nobelisk thing now.

If it's the nodes at the top left, then that cave has 3 entrances, and not all of them are blocked if memory serves. Try the other two. The Eastern entrance is hidden beind vines

I went in the west side. I have Nobelisk now. BUT there is a stupid spider in there that kills me lol Ran in fast as could and used over 30 nuts to stay alive.. get out of the poison to find a spider looking at me lmao. Wondering if i make a truck if it can fit in there? Im up on North West "Top left" side of map. on west coast were see 2 rivers next to each other. Im on the water as i built over it so could build large and stay flat with out darn hills in way lol

And there is a forest i believe way east of me past where i found some coal next to a small lake like area. Im headed out for the night but ill try to remember to post SS of my map later. Die'ing to that spider after finally got inside was too much for one night :-)

When I got those nodes, I built an elevated walkway of foundations through the cave to walk on, which kept me clear of the spiders
