all my notes and things to do are desappeared, now I can add new things but I can't see amything... someone can help me?

Press Tab, move mouse to the right side of the screen until a semi-transparent black bar appears, left click.

they are probably there but if you have recipes queued up you might need to scroll up or down to see the notes.
