Breaking fuse
I am using the refined power mod. I can set the fuse with a little effort. It works at full power for a very short time then shuts down. Refined power has Mk2 boiler generator. Even with little joined to it. it just stops working. I have rejigged Refined power and it seems to be configured OK. It worked OK for quite a while then just shut down. I have been unable to get it working again. Getting a little fed up with it. Anyone have any ideas?

Produce more power than your max consumption is, thats really the only reason why the fuse breaks...

Produce more power than you need. Build power storages.

There is ample power being produced. About 600 MW. Using about 60. I have disconnected the power station from the grid and it still shuts down.

If you use coal >> make sure you have enough water and coal supplied.
If you use oil make sure you have enough of these components supplied.

Uninstall the mod and verify your game files. Using mods can always lead to game breakingn bugs

I'm downloading the mod again - I used it back in V5, and found I had issues due to lack of external documentation, but managed to work it out eventually. I stopped using it because V6 came out and it broke my factory and I couldn't wait for the mod update to keep playing

You mention "Mk2 boiler generator", but iirc, boilers and generators are two separate items - May i bother you for a more verbose description of your setup? (Like, seriously - leave nothing out - I believe "TL:DR" is a sign of laziness)

I had this same issue. Coal and water supply were more than adequate but still the boiler would not work. The coal belts and water pipes were full but not moving. The exhausts for steam to the turbine and soot to the scrubber were just fine. The only fix I found was to delete the boiler and burner and rebuild them. Boom, everything worked after that.

I do not need more power. Think I have fixed it for now changed back to MK 1 turbine. Didn't fix it. I have pipes with out indicators changed pipes on output side for MK 1 pipes. Seems to be working for now. Need to change back to MK 2. But it's working again. Have trouble often with pipes not flowing.
