Getting stuck

Is anyone else getting stuck around the trees when picking up leaves, sticks and such? Everytime I get close and work my way around a tree i end up getting stuck in place. I try to jump, slide etc but its no use, stuck in place and loading up the game doesn't seem to reset me. I have to respawn to fix it

Haven't had it happen for ages. Crouch walking with C then W usually gets you out of it.

i am getting it a lot now and i am not picking anything up. ( i am jumping a lot thou) it is bugging me off a lot thou

crouch, respawn and the chainsaw will get you out.

Put a Foundation under myself, and while my feet stopped dancing, I still couldn't move, even after exiting to main menu and coming back in. Crouching worked perfectly.

It's not handed to you when you land, is it? No, you have to unlock it. Meanwhile, you have to gather leaves and such without it, which means getting stuck in trees without a chainsaw. Why do people even mention the chainsaw in these posts? It's obvious the player doesn't have it.

If you start somewhere else than the grass fields you can quick unlock it thanks to crash sites and the time before that you can always use the other options i mentioned. it's not like you get stuck every 5 minutes.
