im in stage 2 and my versatile framework production is lagging behind the other component's production. any way to boost it?

As with any other production if you need more: Make more.

Make a modular modular modular modular frame blueprint and one for steel beams.

Make a third blueprint of assemblers to plug in and assemble them. Maybe it can be crammed into one but that might be a little bit tight.

Find a place with a lot of coal and iron nodes, draw power there, bring resources and steup your factory. Don't forget to check your power consumption, you might need an extra row of power generators for this.

You can also use the items that overflow from your storage into a sink. Smart split the items out and assemble them.

Also go hunting for power slugs and research power shards to put in the appropriate machines. Every installed shard increases a machine's speed by 50%, so three shards is like having 2.5 of that machine working. Can save a lot of space and other materials. Mind the increased consumption of power/resources though.
