space elavator phase 1 best AWESOME sink recource to feed
currently feeding concrete because its easily mass producible and nearby.

If you happen to be in the grasslands there's a valley with a large bottomless pit. Off this valley is a large cave with a uranium deposit in it. You should be able to build from far enough away that you don't get irradiated, and it's not a resource you're going to care about for a long time. At 2100/min points it's not a bad continuous source. It can be a bit of a hike though, dragging power lines all that way. There are other nodes, of course, but I know that one is reachable with only walking.

If you want to start sinking now: Quartz Crystal, Quickwire, Concrete, Cable
Research everything you can in the MAM to unlock quartz and Caterium items
Uranium Ore is worth 35 awesome points, there're 4 nodes, 2 in caves and 2 above ground. At Phase 1 it is difficult to reach these nodes (enemies & terrain) but if you build a miner+sink there with the highest overclock and conveyor belt then leave them running all the time, you'll get a lot of point by the time you need coupons or use Uranium in factories.

Silica provides more points per resource than quartz crystal.

Next to uranium, a little bit easier to reach with a little bit less effect is bauxite nodes. Make sure you take passive mode or a xeno basher with you. Big bad guys around the corner.

i do know of a uranium vein near some other producers i have but im not sure how to get a miner on it because it has a thing on it, and i dont have a rad suit.

it turned out to just be the thing and not a node :/

I sink only my overproduction.

Because we can not toggle industry lines, when you transport materials with trucks, trains or drones you can block your chains with to much stuff. A logic splitter sinks that overproduction and nothing occludes.

you can also process into more valuable when something overflows. It means you got a bunch of assemblers on stand-by but they will make sure you get more points out of the same overflow.

anyone down to play

Yeah just sink the overflow. It adds up fast and gives you extra reason to automate parts production.
