How to remove grass ?

Even when I place foundation there is still grass

You don't. Annoying I agree, so I simply raise the level of the foundation until the grass is no longer visible.

Yeah, use 2 or 4 meter foundations at the bottom.

make a garden entrance in your factory and make a vertical factory on top of the garden.

Chainsaw the tree. It's in the way.

Don't chainsaw the tree. Give it glass walls and walkways around it. Clip a ladder through it so you can climd the tree.

I dont place foundations on the ground any more because of that and the terrain is so uneven. So I raise every thing off the ground now.

Use the chainsaw and you can clear grass or bushes which grow through foundation tiles.
