What happens after ficsmas?
How is handled, e.g. what goes away, what stays?

What you made stays in that game. Last year after the event was over any production line set up before it ended would still make the products until after the raw materials for the ficsmas production ran out. I had so many presents in storage I could make ficmas stuff in June, when I turned on the building. Ficsmas ending basically stops your trees from producing presents, drying up that resource.
