I havent tried, but in the folder, beneath saved games, there is a folder called blueprints. Within this folder is a folder that is your called whatever your save name is. I would assume that to move your own blueprints from one save to another would be just to create a new folder with the name of your new save and then copy/past the blueprints in to there

You can try this site.

Don't forget the hub unlock is in T4

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe blueprints made in one save already should carry over to other saves also. I believe the blueprint data is stored in its own separate folder (which is separate from your save files) and is accessible from any save game, however this folder will be unique to your local machine and isn't saved to your Steam cloud.

Blueprints are not being synced to Epic/Steam but if you use the same PC they're there. So you can create&save a blueprint in world A and paste it world B. Also you can upload your blueprints to some hosting site and share it with others, or download and use it someone's else.
The author of this thread has indicated that this post answers the original topic.

You can, however they will all end up in the "Uncategorised" category

Usually
C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\FactoryGame\Saved\SaveGames
If your use:
%localappdata%\FactoryGame\Saved\SaveGames
it will take you there... they will be in a numbered folder unique to you
