How do you make it? I have got the recipe from the MAM but I can't figure out where to make it.

I'm I'm not mistaken, I remember them saying it's black powder and heavy oil residue, so you'd make it in the refinery.

What..exactly is smokeless powder for as I'm waiting for the actual release as I still wanna mess around with update 5 stuff but this item always makes me wonder...what does it get used for.

use your imagination, i think you can figure it out lol. obviously they are for explosives and ammunition. the Smokeless Powder is a new addition, not quite there yet in my Exp save so i'm not sure if theres an alternate use for it.

in U5 you only needed Black Powder, but now its used as an intermediary material within the process.
