Also, even if you gather all the minerals on the map in a single smelter, in the long run the production is the same. Why complicate life with this?
The only things that are 45/minute is the original steel recipie you want to replace as fast as possible and the replacement is 60/minute and water to the coal plant.
BUT water is carried in 300/min pipes so having coal plants use 45 water/min is retarded. I HATE THAT. It should be 40/min like the coal consumption. There is so much stupid like this in the game. Exponential overclocking is another piece of stupid.
The exponential overclocking thing doesn't seem bad to me, a penalty so that it's better for you to build another fabricator rather than boost it. what I don't like is that when powering a power plant, it produces less energy than it should
