Quartz crystals problem

I have unlocked the quartz crystal in the MAM. I can't use the crafting bench or the constructor. Neither one is offering the recipe. What am I missing?

Are you sure you didn't unlock quartz scanning? quartz crystal crafting is on the second tier of the quartz tree

Yes it's unlocked. The next unlocks are the oscillator and the shatter rebar.

Do you have any mods installed? and can you screenshot the compounds section of the constructor or craft bench and the MAM quartz tree

No mods. I'm not sure how to share a screenshot.

Quartz crystal mining is the second node on the left tree of quartz, if that is already researched and you cannot craft quartz crystals try a save and restart and check again.

In the game, press F12 to take a screenshot. Then press Shift+Tab to bring up the Steam overlay, and Upload your screenshot, make it public. Then simply include the URL of your screenshot on the forum (it should look something like "http...sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=...")

Scroll down the list, quartz is under the compounds section next to concrete

Dude, I feel like an idiot. When I wen to look at that the "+" was depressed and wasn't showing all the compounds. It's there. Sorry for the trouble. I really appreciate the help though.
