I keep one industrial storage container of every product and all excess is automatically sunk.
The point values skyrocket for the end game items.
That is exactly the purpose in late game play. I have a huge aluminum plant producing many items and I have it tuned to peak efficiency. I just let run now and sync the surplus. I don't need the points often but it nice to have them when needed.
The simple solution in this game to 99% of the problems: Build more
I use the sink as a tool as well, putting an outlet on all of my factories so that they run consistently, giving me a flat power consumption. Without sinking surplus(combined with clocking to production), it becomes incredibly difficult to determine if you are producing enough power as productions kick on and off.
New game and and I have multiple sinks for each area of my factory so all the excess can go into one. Tickets are fair easier.
I also notice that the OP has 500(!!) tickets on them. Which is enough to buy everything in the store short of most of the statues, if done at the same time.
Or most of the statues on their own.
I can only assume they are trying to get a hold of the golden nut statue? If so, then as above you need to build more factories. Build more factories for the sole job of shoving more things into more sinks.
