Cant use nobelisk detonator

just created the nobelisk detonator and tried to use it but nothing happens. I have used this before in another game so i know how it should work. It shows 5/5 for ammo so that is not the issue. basically when i hold down left click nothing happens. is this a new bug? haven't played since update 4. thanks to anyone who cab help.

Are you sure you "reloaded" it with R?

Other than that, never heard of any problems with it.

Try removing the weapon from its hand slot and then re equiping it. Sometimes the "e" key will become unresponsive and this can fix it.

If memory serves me, after reload it's right click to arm, left click to place and right click to detonate. If there's no reload "R" on screen it's already loaded.

5/5 is probably not the ammo count, rather that it is in your fifth (out of five) hand slot.

Make sure you actually have the nobelisks.
