Assuming you have, press "X" and marvel at your newfound coloring options!
You can click on a swatch to use it for painting (click "Edit" to edit its colors), and you can right-click a swatch to select the things that should be painted in those colors when you build them.
Be aware that changing a swatch's color (other than the one marked "Custom") will make everything painted with that swatch change color immediately.
You can save custom colors for reuse in other swatches by clicking on the "floppy disk" icon at the bottom-right of the color-picker dialog, and select them from the dropdown list later. The default FICSIT factory colors are saved into the list by default, so unless you replace them, you can always revert later. They're also listed at https://satisfactory.fandom.com/wiki/Customizer so even if you do replace them, you can still "FICSIT".
