Jump pad adjustment

I’m having a problem with adjusting the angle of the jump pad. All the things I’m seeing on the net talk about using the middle mouse wheel, It seems those were old releases. Any help on how to do this is appreciated. Can’t find anything in key bindings.

Click once to place position, then you can use mouse wheel to adjust angle. Hold CTRL and use mouse wheel for more precise angle
