hypertube floor hole cannot connect

hey, I am noob, how can I connect hypertube floor hole in the foundation with any support or anything? it just cannot connect no matter what angle or length I try, its always red, trying some strange connection shapes, I tried 1 and 4 meters foundations also. Is it broken?

Hey. I know you posted this half a year ago. But maybe it helps someone else. I tried to connect the hypertube for one hour until I found out that you have to switch the "Toggle Build Mode" (click R) from Auto2D to Auto while you have selected the hypertube. After that it worked perfectly fine in my session :)
