how player who owns game on steam and another player on epic store can join in same multiplayer?

Two ways I believe:

First way: You need to link your Steam Account to an Epic account. Then join through EGS friends list.

Second way: As a host, when in game open your esc menu, select manage session, then session settings, and finally show session ID. This ID can be used for direct joining.

Use the Session ID to play together.
