How to ge my first Rotors?

I need an Assembler to make Rotors, but I need Rotors to make an Assembler.. Help?

The Recipe for Rotors is not present in the craft bench that is in the HUB. Do I need to make the stand alone CraftBench?

It should be there you may have collapsed the menu. It would be in industrial parts section.

if you have the shop unlocked and a few coupons handy, you can also just purchase them from the Awesome SHOP, should get a stack for about 2 Coupons.
