Dedicated Server issue Server Name Pending Not Authenticated

Hello everyone,
A friend set up a dedicated server for our multiplayer game, he can add it and join it but when i try to do and add the server into the manager i get Server Name Pending Not Authenticated This server appears to be offline and no option to try to connect to it. Did someone run into the same issue?

Yes, until I had assigned the ports to my router (means the router of the dedicated server). See in the wiki.

I am running into the same issue. I had the server up and running, had a couple hundred hours of run time, I went to add another modem/access point to my network and now I am unable to access or do any of this. I have tried re installing satisfactory (both the game and dedicated server) and I am still unable to get anything other than server offline and not authenticated. I am running the server on the same machine that I am playing on. If that helps information wise. I would appreciate any help I can get, Im not all that network savvy.

I also have the same issue. My friend did just about all he can to try to get it fixed but nope.
