Experimental version with mods?
I'm trying to run experimental version and I kept getting errors due to mods. I have many mods installed on my original installation (version 4) and do I have to disable all mods I have on before I can play it in experimental version?

Yes, the mods community needs time to update for newer versions of Satisfactory.

It's going to be pain to disable all. lol But I'm gonna reverse it back to original and wait till version 5 official releases.
every time a new greater update comes, most if not all mods break until the community catch up.

As asked after every update so far.

So, taking a look at their site.. There is not any way to publish two active apps or two SML files (the loader).

So it seems to me that update 5 will need to go live in the non experimental branch first before they will publish anything. Likely even before they start working on the mod updates (as things are currently broken.. And having to republish multiple times is a pain.)

Also, I doubt the updated mods would work on the current EA branch, so they would break that branch when they do publish the updated mods.

Agreed. Some may start on their mods before the full release.. But they can't put them on the site.

For those mods with a github site.. They could possibly be available there before they go to ficsit.app

But without an installer, it would be difficult to manage them manually anyway.
