Than exo-suit.
Than you will know what you are looking for.
The goal is the way.
AreaAction has the most convoluted way of mass-placing foundation so Smart! is a much much better and easier way. It also supports laying down many buildings also.
In Smart you just use a combo of your mousewheel + ctrl/alt to build backward/forward/upwards/downwards. And in JustFLy you just use shift to make it go faster or slower (fast tap space to activate/deactivate).
OK then,
the easiest way to get to endgamecontent is, to load a newly created save in the interactive map, mark all researches as researched and turn on the creative mode. And then put the modified save back in the savegame folder and load it.
Or, use the save editor locally:

Just tick those you want and save.
