How do you increase pressure/capacity of Nitrogen Gas?

Sometime the pipe have 45 m3, but other times there is single digits. How do you increase the flow rate?

you have the pressure unit in the middle and the smal spots for collecting, you need more of them to get a stable flow.

This plant is on a high spot and the pipes going downhill 200 -300m so i dont need a pump. if yours is a low spot place a pump on your pipe.

Are you saying your blenders aren't receiving enough NG from the source to work at 100% capacity or what? If the pipe system is already filled up and you aren't using all the NG then the well extractor doesn't need to work at full capacity either.

Gases dont need pumps.

Try to add valves to some parts of your pipe network if its rather large. Despite what you may think pipes are non directional and things inside can slosh back and forth, making small chambers with valves can calm the oscillation effect and get more stable flow rate.

Thanks for the advice. When the gas is collected, if goes to four large buffer tanks. Then to the two train tank cars where it travels about four to five miles to the main base. From there it goes to two buffer tanks and then down to blender about 3/4 mile away (the train stations at the main base is eight stories above the ground (each story is four walls high).

And yes, a couple of the Blenders are starving for NG.
