What happens to the plutonium waste now?

Are nuclear plants now a cycle? Recycling nuclear waste into plutonium fuel rods? What about the plutonium waste?

Plutonium waste can't be deleted, sunk, or recycled in any way. It just gets stored away or deleted via mods/map editors.

If you want to remove nuclear waste, you can sink the fuel rods instead of burning them for fuel.

Plutonium waste cannot be recycled and must be stored. Last like it used to be with Uranium waste before update 4.
You can convert Uranium waste to Plutonium fuel rods, then you can sink those rods to avoid waste storage, or you can use them for more power and store the waste.

Less power, or waste storage. That's the choice.
