quick question about the train

Can the Train go in backward or do i need to loop the track all the way back to the station ?

The engine can't go backwards by itself. However, if your train has an engine on both ends facing opposite directions, then sure, the train can "go backwards" (read: go forward, but the other way).
If you end up using such a setup, make sure your stations are properly setup in the correct directions. A lot of people seem to have troubles understanding how it works.

It can. You need engines facing opposite directions on each side of your freight cars. You also need stations with their arrows facing the direction the train will be moving when it is coming in.

If it's just 2 stops, the stattoo arrows look like:

You can have multiple stops with a single track.

With the above, you can keep it simple and have it loop stations A,B,C,repeat. You can get fancy and complicated and have it loop A,B,A,C,repeat but then you have to either arrange your freight cars/stations properly or have a smart/programmable splitter on your output for your drop off as an example.
