Console?

I have an Xbox and several friends on various other consoles and I think this would be a great game for console. That's all I have to say lol

Will Satisfactory be available on consoles or Linux/Mac?
There are currently no plans for any release on console or Linux/Mac. We might do it in the future.

I am not sure how this game would play on a console too.

Its quite demanding on the CPU, especially end game.

Also controller l scheme isnt the best, but its absolutely horrid for building.

Exploring and driving around i tend to use the controller, but navigating my base and building i exclusively do w KB / M.

Controllers even on PC are not really supported. Its relying on standard API’s mostly from what I heard.

Should just stick to kb/m 100% :)

I don't thing it would be that hard. Maybe (on xbox):
L joystick for movement
R joystick to look around
LT and RT replace mouse for rifle and building
LT to interact with built objects (like a vehicle or a coal generator)
RT to drive forwards, LT to drive backwards, and L joystick to turn
Y to open a selection menu between map, recipe log thing, destruction tool, and flashlight
X to open build menu
A replaces spacebar basically
B to exit any sort of menu or building/destruction tool
Press down on L joystick to sprint
Press down on R joystick to crouch/slide
Press back button(it was called the back button on xbox 360) to open inventory
Press start button(called that on 360, same as back button) to open the save/load, etc. menu
Move the mouse through the menus with L button, switch categories with RB and LB
Press A to "click" on an object in the menu, Press Y to "Shift click" and quick move
For destruction/creation, press RT with the tool used for said action
To cancel creation, press LT
To replace the 1,2,3,4,5,... hotkeys, hold down on LT while not looking at an interactible object and use RB and LB keys to select a building
Use RB and LB to rotate building
Use RB and LB without building mode or not while holding LT to change between items in your hands slot in your inventory
Did I miss anything? If so, please tell me.
