but do you mean to match make with random people?
Matchmaking requires some sort of metric to be measured against, something which doesn't exist in Satisfactory.
How would you even start, hours played? well that's no indication of anything, apart from how long the game was running for , it's easily possible to space a few hours watching a movie while waiting for some final space elevator parts. perhaps tier reached would be a usable metric, except it's not exactly tough to get to tier 8, more a lesson in patience.
I've a feeling that sadly you'll be out of luck.

Exactly, something like GreenHell or The forest have.
Plenty of viable starting locations spread around, some PVE action on the side to soften them up, a decent weapons progression tree.
Not a terrible idea.
But can you even imagine the damage an actual dedicated Grief'er could do...? Tap a bunch of uranium and then put a bunch of mergers in random places that take the uranium into a ton of your makers, backing up all the single-mat belts you have... Shiver.
