Edit: just saw you found out when sending my message.
I don't know how much sulfur and coal this consumes.
But if yourn all the coal in coal generators you get 150 GW.
All the crude oil converted to fuel can yield 390 GW.
Assuming there is a little sulfur left after the nuclear processing we might be able to up this to a combined 1.8 TW.
I think this is an optimistic guess but roughly in that range.
