Hello, I can't find where I can find how to craft the ficsmas tree branches.

It’s in the constructor. It makes the branches, candy and bow ties. Smelter for red and blue ornaments. Then foundry to make the iron and copper ornaments.

Then on to the assembler for a number of other goods you'll need if you're a completionist.
Those 500 stars will take just a few more gift boxes than you'll find layin' about. :-)

Lol I’m not even there yet, waiting for the bundle to drop while trying to get my coal production online. I have been heavily relying on my solid biomass slowly building my side platforms that is near water and coal.

hehe, this event is what forced me to coal. The biomass rigs were eating the forest alive. I kept so busy chasing fuel, it just got insane. Ten shining new coal burners later and I no longer feed biomass. :)

Edit: and a truck on a coal delivery route :)
