Custom images for arachnophobia mode

I'm really conflicted when it comes to arachnophobia mode-

A. The good is that it removes the cave-spiders
B. The bad is that my alternative is to beat images of really cute cats sporting high-pitched meows with a high voltage stun baton

Can we get the option to implement our own images or have a set of choices from a coloured basic shape to a joke object that everyone equally hates like a transparent image of pineapple on pizza.

There is a mod called Real Arachnophobia Mod that removes them entirely.
