Satisfactory Server on Linux
Hello,
is there an option to install a Satisfactory server on Linux?
I know there is a plan for but I dont know if there an "alpha" option available.
If yes who do I make it and do I have to pay attention to something?
Have a great day :)

No dedicated Servers at the moment. They are working on it. But for what OS, I do not know.

I know that there are working on Servers for Windows and Linux (maybe Debian or Ubuntu maybe both).
But thank you for the answer :)
from the latest i read it will be windows 1st then linux 2nd and if it works on either deb or unbuntu you can get it to work on the other with a lil trickery

honestly though if they build a linux one someone will make a docker image for it so it will work on all linux if you install docker which is super simple and keeps your system safer

A Debian compatible server would make the most sense. It is what SteamOS is based on and will run on all Ubuntu variations with no issues.

You can run a Debian Docker on Windows. You can't run a Windows Docker on anything. Windows is not offered for Docker because it is not free.
