Miner MK2
I have a question. A miner MK2 should mine 120 Units per Minute. But on some nodes it only mines 60 units on other 240 units per minute, with an mk2. Is this a bug, or some nodes more lucrative than others. But then this is, than how can the miner mk2 mine 240 per Minute when he only can 120. I hope someone can answer this.

Some nodes have different quality (impure 30upm, normal 60upm and pure 120upm). Miners double in efficiency when they go up a tier, so MK2 will double the base rates of the nodes to 60, 120, 240 respectively.

the key in any case is whatever you have it outputting it doesnt exceed the conveyors speed. so if your using MK2 belts you'd only want it to cap out at 120ups. so if you wanted to could put the MK2 on impure nodes to get them to easily overclock to that number at the cost of more power consumption to do so. this will keep a steady flow of ore to your smelters and keep your power usage consistent

You can also split their output on half-speed belts to half-speed smelters, or branch a good iron node off to 2 foundries to make steel, etc.

Unless you're going for total 100% efficiency, a fast miner flooding a slow belt means whatever's on the other end will never run out of food, and you can branch off the main belt.

Thanks for the answers, this really helped me. Thought because of early access this could be a bug. Thanks and have fun guys.
Game is amazing.
