What is the purpose of FICMAS Gifts?

So far I've gotten 345 FICMAS Gifts, but I don't know what to do with them, so I just keep them in storage.

You can do some research in the M.A.M and then craft things from them

The idea is creating a huge Christmas tree with lights and ornaments around your factory.
Try making them ;) also check your calendar day 1 first. You can only get so far, you find out unlocks as days go past I would of thought ;)

Where do I craft the ficmas tree branch I did the first research nodes but I cant find the place to craft them.

branches, candy canes, snow,bows are in the CONSTRUCTOR

red and blue ornament are in the SMELTER

iron and copper ornaments are in the FOUNDRY

multiple ornaments,wreath are in the ASSEMBLER

haven't unlocked the last part yet so i don't know where you can make the stars

*many of these things are time gated behind the advent calender and the MAM research. you can change your computers date to unlock it or you can wait.

You can change the date on your computer to get through the research so you don't have to wait

Candy cane decor items seems to be missing. I've unlocked in the MAM but can create it anywhere.

Have you got the melee weapon available to build?

Should be able to see them in the 'X' menu near the bottom. CONSTRUCTOR should have the option to make them under their own festive tab.

I have the candy cane and the candy cane basher. But the candy cane DECOR seems to be missing. The candy cane with the ribbon attached to it.
