Press P ingame and follow the photo mode UI. Screenshots this way are stored in Documents/myGames/FactoryGame/Screenshots

Or

Use the built in Windows 10 screenshot tool.

Windows Key + Shift + S. Screen will dim and simply drag the selection box around the area you want to capture. You can then save the screenshot, or paste it directly to whatever will accept a pasted image.
