What happened to my Lizard Doggos?
I had 3 doggos and they pretty much disappeared. Are there issues with them despawning or disappearing?

I think they may get stuck when they try to follow you around the game world. I have had a few disappear also.

Encase them at you base with walls and do not die.

If the doggos dissapears after that, then it is a bug/glitch and report it on the Forum of CSS in the bug section (or here in the Bug Section, but at CSS it will be better)

So as long as you stay alive they should be good? Just checking.

I brought 12 doggos back to my base and put them in the doggo pen. Left for a bit to work on plastic and rubber factory. Came back to main base and they were all gone. no deaths.

i've read somewhere that you need floor instead of ground, haven't bother testing it

Yes. They are not guranteed to ever be there if you leave them at home then go to the other side of the map and come back home. I've had my pet lizard doggo's despawn / disappear every time I go on treks to the other side of the map for a few hours or a day.

I had a lizard doggo pen on concrete - explored far away many times, no issues.

Redid my factory, gave lizard doggos a chunck of "free range" land. Disappeared.

Concrete makes a difference.

That sucks because I'd love to just have a whole herd of 'free range' doggos.

it is very possible they could have despawned or did you rewind your game load to far???

Better question is what relevance does August 2020 have now?

It's more than 4 years ago at this point brother.

This thread was quite old before the recent post, so we're locking it to prevent confusion.
