Your CPU is good but your video card is -124% below the minimum on the steam store page. If it runs at all you will be looking at minimum graphics to start out with and expect low FPS. Also the way this game works the bigger your factory is the slower your computer runs over time as you build more things (And you WILL want to build all the things!). Even if you can run the game to start, the game will likely end up being a slideshow mess by the time you get half way through the tech tree building.

I would suggest you avoid the game for now until you can afford a different machine with a faster video card.

EDIT: Also see here and use this page to see where your system's parts are vs the minimum requirements for various games to see if you can run it or not. there's a CPU section as well on the top left side of the page: https://gpu.userbenchmark.com/Compare/Nvidia-GTX-960M-vs-Nvidia-GTX-770/m27242vs2174

Actually you can run it at 1920*1080
. I have the exact spec in my rog gl552vw and it runs about 40-50 fps on lower settings. Also my factory is big, I completed all space elevators stuff

That's kinda terrible. 40 FPS on low settings is far from enjoyable. Why would anyone pay money for a game to suffer through that? :(

What do you mean suffer? Anything above 30fps is more than acceptable.

If you're comfortable with a constant reminder of "I'm too poor to afford a faster computer" every time you play a game then sure, enjoy your 30 FPS. To most people it would be totally depressing to have to endure that every time they play a game.

I'm pretty sure people who consider 40fps suffering are the minority, but maybe I'm wrong. I guess I'll see based on the future replies to this thread (and the OP's reply if he/she replies further). The only place I could see a higher framerate than 30-40 being vital to enjoyment is in games where reaction time is key to being competitive, satisfactory is not a game like that.

30 fps is fine. I'm not sure where this addiction to 60fps for everything came from. It's a nice to have, but what is far more important is a consistant framerate. I would rather have a solid 30, than 60....some of the time.

People that think "30 fps is fine" have never been able to afford a computer that can actually play games at 60 FPS or above (or whatever their monitor's refresh rate is). They have never actually experienced a smooth and fluid gaming experience to understand what they're missing. Ignorance is bliss I suppose?

So you're saying you have to be wealthy to game? Or perhaps that people's subjective enjoyment of games at lower frame rates was purely a delusion?

I never said any of that. You can game at whatever you want.. I just said that folks accustomed to playing games at 30 FPS and think that's normal and acceptable have never experienced anything better. So they have no idea what these other folks that go on and on and on about 60 FPS are even talking about.

I play at 4K on a 65 inch 60HZ display and get about 75 FPS with the GeForce Experience recommended settings and 35 FPS on everything set to Ultra. There is no real difference between 30 and 70 FPS for this game. At least not for me.

My game rig is not the best you can get (Ryzen 3600X, 32GB RAM, GTX 1080 Video, 1 TB Samsung 970 EVO NVMe).. But it is not a potato.

I personally enjoy the 65 inch 60 HZ display better than my smaller 27 inch 144 HZ display even though the frame rate is less.
