I found way to spend but how to get coupon first place?

Feed stuff into the "Awesome Sink" and you'll accumulate coupons through feeding it more and more items. You can print the coupons from the Awesome Sink

Make the Awesome Sink and send items into it. The more conplex the item the more points you get towards tickets.

I ocasionally drain containers that are completely full of spare parts I don't need to the maw of the machine.

Same. I'm finding in the early-mid-game I have a very large surplus of steel plates and such. They don't give a ton of points, but its better than having them just sit there doing nothing.
