However, I really like to throw Nobelisks at enemies and then blow them up, kind of fun these little sticky bombs. One time i threw a nobelsik in a group of three of these rinio like aliens and it blew all three of them up at once. Alphas are tougher and need two bombs.
It is a good way to exploit the ai, because when you shoot at ai from a spot they can´t reach they will run away, but they don´t run away when you throw bombs into their faces ;)
they will stick to each other as well, so you can make lines of them, i killed 5 spiders at once doing this.
be careful not to hit detonate instead of reload when standing at point blank range tho ;)
They were stuck to its face.
Not just on the ground nearby, but ON ITS FACE.
3 more knocked it to the ground (I was on my sky bridge, it was on a butte JUST INCHES FROM MY FACE - it popped up when I collected a slug, after killing the Alpha Spitter that was guarding it)
I don't know if the 9th or 10th one killed it, but I was vigorously upset that it took 5 bombs stuck to its face and lived. I was ready to drive to Coffee Stain and beat someone with a chair when it survived the other 3 that were also stuck to its face. This is NOT how you do things. The only thing that should take that many bombs to kill is the walking potato bird sloth, or the flying manta moth.
