Vehicle volume as a separate sound adjustment

I enjoy the sounds of my factory but while driving around, the vehicles sound especially loud. The only way to turn down the vehicle volume currently is to adjust my entire factory's volume.

Yeah, I turned the setting down and now I can hear my tractor at normal volume but everything else is near inaudible.
