What does the green triangle with an exclamation mark mean?
I can't build or demolish. There is always a bell, and a green triangle with an exclamation mark appears. It's walled wherever I turn. After a while, it stops appearing, but there is no text message about what it means. Then, after a while, it repeats itself. I have a large base, large and high, and I can't build or demolish on this whole base.
