How do I create a portable miner?

Spending last 30 minutes trying to build a portable miner. I got all the resources.

portable workshop i think its called = build menu

There's two crafting tables in the game : One for basic parts (iron, copper, ect) and another one to create tools (portable miner, zapper)

You can craft both of them at any time with the A/Q menu, the one that allows you to craft tools is the one covered

press q to to open the builder menu. Go to production and build the equipment workshop. You can build the miner in the equipment workshop
