Do I need to buy this game again to play it on Steam?
If your goal isn't to make money with scum tactics, how do I use the Satisfactory PC license on Steam since I already bought the game?

Thank you!

You can add it as a non steam game of course if you want it to show in your library....

But there is no benefit to buying it again so you dont have to unless you want to use any of the Steam features (remote play etc)

You forget all the features avalaible for games on Steam and non existent in the crappy EGS: guides, screens showcase, workshop, etc, etc, etc, etc, etc.

I sortof kindof want to actually completely own the content that I purchase. Steam is way better than EGL even without these features, if they don't give copies to early supporters on this platform we're going to feel that CSS is a pretty scummy company who slapped us HARD on our faces.

I'd also like to transfer my key. I would have never bought it on Epic if I knew it would be on Steam. I have a much higher opinion of Valve. It's kind of annoying that now the majority of the playerbase will own it on Steam(it'll sell MUCH more on Steam) and I won't be able to game with them because I ♥♥♥♥♥♥ myself by supporting it early. Seems like a kick in the balls.

If you wanted the game on Steam, then why did you buy it on EPIC? You couldn't wait a year? I mean ♥♥♥♥. It's still in EA!!!! You should never, ever buy EA games. You are paying a dev to bug test their game. The devs should pay you to do that.

Oh boy, it isn't Satisfying at all to see "FactoryGame" in my steam library.

First off, it was only available on Epic. There was no information anywhere that ever said it would come to Steam. So ♥♥♥♥ off with that nonsense. I buy EA games all the time. Indie companies often can't afford to complete their games before release and I think it's a good thing to support small companies, so yes, I buy into EAs and report bugs. They don't usually switch platforms before release. And no, I couldn't wait a year. Did you see this game at EA release? It was awesome and mostly bug-free. I wanted it immediately. And what you're saying is you'd rather this game didn't exist, because if we (and YOU) didn't buy it early access, it wouldn't be here now. By the way, it's still early access, so if you own it now, you're a hypocrite.

Who do you work for? Epic Games? CSS? EA? Or are you some weirdo who worships developers. Regardless, ♥♥♥♥ right off with your business tactics. I bought the game for PC and should be able to play it with other friends who bought it for PC, so transfer the license or PM me that product key. Thank you!

Thanks for the heads up. I was wondering if I should be looking for a steam key. I know a good number of EA games I bought off steam gave me a key after it came to Steam.
(I kinda like having all my games in 1 place)

I work for myself, thanks. Not like a twerp like you would know what that's like. And no, I'm a developer of my own games and so I understand the design process, unlike you. I understand the function of an early access, and don't whine about bugs like all the mental midgets such as yourself who buy EA games expecting them to be finished. You buy EA games because you want to support the devs. That's it. And yeah, your hypocrisy is confirmed, owner of an EA title you should "never, ever buy."

And I'm advocating for us to be able to move our keys from Epic to Steam, so why the hell would you think I'm working for Epic? lol....

Ahh, you're just here to throw a childish tantrum then... carry on.
It's a better reaction than defending theft, to be honest.
