Snap Equipment Workshop to Hub?

New to this game. Tutorials are sort of okay but now I can build my Equipment Workshop, can it snap to the Hub? Hoping it was modular but it just looks to be standalone?

The HUB is entirely separate from other buildings. The workshop is either placed on the raw ground or on foundation blocks.

Its modular, so you can build it anywhere. Same with the workbench, in the build menu.
Handy, when away from the HUB.

If you place it all on foundation blocks you can easily align it though.

Appreciate the responses. Makes a lot of sense not to attach to the hub so it can be used anywhere. Cheers all.
