Player crate unreachable (Solution!)
Hello guys, I was exploring and I fell from some cliff ending up i'm dead and my crate fell into the mountain under texture. I had so many slugs to give up so I tried to find a solution. Luckly i found one so maybe if you have same or similiar issue try this solution:

1- Respawn, gether some materials for Biomass Burner, Biomass, Hypertube, Hypertube Support, Hypertube Enterance, Cable.

2- Go to your crate

3- Place a Hypertube Support inside the wall/texture/mountain that you want to pass through

4- Built the Tube and place Hypertube Enterance to the other end (keep it short)

5- Place Biomass Burner and power the Enterance,

6- Go through and get your ♥♥♥♥.

Enjoy.

Note: You can just simply walk out from mountain texture no need to build another hypertube from inside but it's always best to have some extra materials just in case.

Thank you so much Warheart- I had two hard drives stuck in a texture. The tube trick saved them!

You should also be able to use the save editor at https://satisfactory-calculator.com to find and move your crate, or just add the items back into your inventory. I wouldn't even consider moving the crate to be cheating since most games make a point of putting your items in an actual reachable location when you die. Like if you jump into lava, the items would often appear on the ground nearby instead of in the lava.

before you have hypertubes unlocked you still need to use the save editor

Annoying when your crate is on a resource node though, that trick doesn't work.

Got snagged by Boss Hog (anyone remember Dukes of Hazard 😊). Sent flying and landed on a resource node where I died. A crate with loads of stuff, my rifle, ammo, inhalers and everything were there, along with tons of mats to build an outpost to farm the resource. I had already dealt with 2 normal hogs, so I didn't realise the boss was there AS WELL since there was a !ot of foliage. First I knew he was there was when I took an abrupt flying lesson over the cliff and onto the resource node below. The boss didn't even kill me, I had already popped an inhaler, so his damage wasn't enough, it was the fall that did it.

The most annoying part was going all the way back and seeing my crate on the resource node, sitting there for all the world to see, but being comepletely unable to access it. Lookinig down at it, all I could do was press a key to harvest the node manually. Even crouching and looking at the side, it wouldn't let me do anything but harvest the resource.

I think you dont need the second Entrance unless you wanna tube back, which is an interesting thing, because you can build a whole and foremost very very straight hypertube transportsystem under the map to connect north-south, west-east. Under the map there are no obstacles, no animals, no poison, no radiation. you just build foundaments nord-west and west-east, maybe a junction of both tubes in the map center.

Now you found this New World, you might as well taking advantage of it

I accidently ran the explorer vehicle into a rock tower. My Problem then was Lots of parts in the trunk and inventory. I got out without respawning, but the Car and goods we're stuck inside. I could delete the explorer but couldn't access the crate with the remnands. I was thinking about saving and use an eternal savegame Editor, but then it strucked me: I've driven in once, so why not once more? Game was saved so I build boxes, got rid of my inventory, build another Explorer and slammed it into the rock. Got Access to everything, packed it up, walked out and continued...

tldr: slamming a car into rocks might work as well

IRC when you get it pockets should be well over trunk size

That's correct If your pockets (what I meant by inventory) are empty.

You got out without respawning. Therefore still with full pockets. You empty them on the floor. Then you dismantle the Explorer. You build it again. You fill the trunk. You pick up your things from the floor. And off you drive, giving some girls a hitchhike, boombox booming, wind in your hair!

I built a personal storage box outside, put in my stuff and the already dismanteled explorer and the stuff from its trunk were still in a crate inaccessible in the rock. And that was my point: To get there I build another vehicle and made the same move as with the one that got stuck to gain access. And it worked.

that happens (normally) only when you dismantle before you empty you pockets. Made that mistake many times.
